Return & Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, have been used no more than what is considered normal when trying it on in a store, and be in its original packaging with the labels still attached. You must also use the receipt or document proving the purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@zayaedit.com. We will send you the return address within a few days of contacting us at support@zayaedit.com, thereby initiating the return process.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

We ask you to check your order when you receive it, and if the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Product exchange

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you ordered and order a new product once we have received the return.

14-day right of withdrawal within the EU

Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the item is delivered to the EU. As mentioned above, the goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or a document proving the purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will automatically refund the amount to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
