We offer you the option of choosing free priority delivery for a fee in addition to the delivery location, which means that your order will be sent with the highest priority and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

We are proud to offer international delivery services. However, we cannot deliver to certain locations. If you have accidentally placed an order from such a country, we will contact you.
LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
ZayaEdit accepts no responsibility if you enter an incorrect address when placing your order. Before your order is processed, please check that the billing and delivery addresses are correct. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no extra cost.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number, but with free shipping, tracking is sometimes not available.
MY TRACKING SHOWS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”.
With some carriers, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about the tracking number, please contact us at support@zayaedit.com
ARE THE PRODUCTS SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, products from the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you have selected combined delivery.
